🧺 Create a “drop zone”

Set up a designated spot for daily clutter—keys, bags, incoming mail, etc. Having a place for these everyday items cuts down on the stress of scrambling to find them later.


🪞Move things around

Play with your space! Swap out a piece of artwork, reposition a chair, or style a small area like a nightstand or windowsill. A simple refresh using what you already have can shift the energy in a big way.


🕯 Add a touch of comfort

Light a candle, put on soft music, or add a cozy throw to your favorite chair. The goal isn’t perfection—it’s creating little pockets of peace that feel like you.
